Jeanna Luther has taken lessons for about a year now. She started out in the League City Summer Recreation Program and now is taking private group lessons. She'll be a freshman at Clear Brook High School when she goes back to school in the Fall.

I haven't featured any home school Mom's in a while but here's a good of Alice Purcell as she is coming around the net to take her place as queen of the court in the Friday Morning Tennis class at Nassau Bay Park. The home school tennis classes are a great venue for entire families to have some fun social time and get good exercise together...!
The Tennis Across America Fun Day at Columbia Lakes had 12 participants this past Saturday. 'Warren' from Sweeny, Texas plays for the Sweeny Junior High Tennis Team and was a guest of Seth Myers, who plays for West Columbia High School. Warren and Seth are cousins. One of the great things about tennis is that it brings families closer together...!
John Beene is really starting to enjoy tennis. He's only played a couple of times in his life. But events like the Tennis Fun Day really fire up people to get more involved in tennis.
